Exceptional
The apartment is truly fantastic, situated in an outstanding location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a family of four. The presence of two bathrooms adds great convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, although could be better when it comes to owen or bowls. Despite being in a busy district, the apartment is peaceful and quiet.
A coat rack by the entrance would be useful. There was a shortage of larger bowls for milk and cereal for the children. The shower grout could have been cleaned better, although overall cleanliness of the apartment was definitely a positive aspect.

THE FURNITURE NEED TO BE UPDATED 'THE BEDS ARE OLD AND SO IS THE SOFA. IF UPDATED IT WILL BE AMAZING.

Exceptional
We were extremely happy to be able to find an apartment in the El Born district which is our favorite location in Barcelona. The house was very central and literally one minute walk to the Jaume metro station, but still very quiet at night( probably because our flat was on the fourth floor) The beds were comfortable, the kitchen utensils were more than enough and having two bathrooms was a big bonus for us. Check in was very easy and the house was clean and ready to use by the time we arrived although it was two hours early than the check time. We enjoyed our five day stay and would happily come back again in future. Highly recommended.
